Let me start by saying the staff of medical assistants here are awesome. They tried to be as nice, understanding and accommodating as possible however, it never fails that every time I take my daughter here...we end up waiting for the doctor to get there. I understand that he travels to come to Woodville.. but if that's the case, he shouldn't schedule appointments knowing he won't be in the office. I waited for an hour and twenty mins with four other patients ahead of me for him and he was just walking in the door as I was walking out frustrated and on my way back to work late on my lunch break even though Woodville is two seconds big!!!! And on top of that I was told that the next appointment I could schedule for my daughter would be next Thursday....a week from now... really??? It doesn't help that i scheduled her apportionment on last Friday for this Thursday. If she really was sick and needed to see a doctor....i know i couldn't depend on him!!!! All that to say....i won't be taking my daughter back there. I think I have a better chance somewhere else.
