The lack of professionalism is steadily increasing. Can't rely on office personnel to correctly handle patient paperwork. Handling of prescriptions is hit or miss at best. I've been around this clinic for over 30 years and it has TRULY declined in quality care.
The nurses are miserable females. I was not happy with how they acted toward each other.
Met with Nurse Practitioner and enjoyed the visit. Can't often say that about a visit to the doctor's office. She was extremely thorough asking me questions and then listening and responding to my answers. All of the office staff I encountered were polite and professional. I will continue to develop relationships between this office and my family. I look forward to my next visit in three months.
Loved Mrs. Durojey, she is very caring and attentive. I was diagnosed and treated immediately. My prescriptions were called in and handled immediately. She also helped me get my other prescriptions refilled and I didn't have to call and follow up, she's very thorough and quick. Another thing I like is that she remembers patients names and faces. That's something that I noticed.
