Ok food. Ask if I needed anything else.... Wanted ketchup, she went to get some. But never came back!
We ordered our food but never got it. Had to go ask what was going on. They lost our order and had to come get our ticket to redo it. Never told us why.. Took 30 minutes to get food but they did give us free cinnamon rolls and two extra chicken strip orders.
Food is still great, but the service is just a bit less than the Whataburger in Jasper. Employees or friends of employees hanging around and a lack of enthusiasm. Not really a complete turn off to going, but the one in Jasper is the best I've been to.
EXTREMELY slow service. Workers just standing around playing with hair instead of doing anything at all. As they deliver food, they swing bags around. I was told that my "food was lost", not sure how that happens.... Food was delivered to FIVE people before my order. WILL NEVER BE BACK. Worst establishment ever been to.
Nice truck parking and decent restrooms. Ordered some breakfast and was disappointed at my coffee which wasn't even hot it was room temperature. The food was good though.
